Birthday Backgrounds Cookie Stencil Value Bundle

Sizing:

• The Streamers background and the party flags are both overall about 5", so make sure your cookie cutter is large enough to give you a good design reveal.
• The balloons are about 4 1/4" h x 2 3/4" wide and we like these on a 3 or 4 inch cutter and let the balloon strings go off the end of the cookie.
